Why does it say there is no account registered for this user when I try to log into my account?

  Answer
  There are several things that can cause this message.
1. You may be entering the wrong user name or password. Click forgot user name or password to confirm your login information.
2. You’re entering the correct information, but not in the correct case. The fields are case sensitive.
3. If your account was not successfully created, you will see this message. Send email to Customer Support at support@rpa.net and we can confirm if the account was created.

Internet Explorer 5.0
1. Open the web browser and in the menu, choose the Tools option.
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click Internet.
5. Click Custom Level.
6. Scroll down to Cookie and enable per-session cookie

Netscape 4.0
1. Choose on Edit from the top bar
2. Preferences
3. Advanced
4. Where it says Cookies, select Accept all cookies radio button
5. Click OK

Netscape 7.0
1. Open the web browser and in the menu, choose the Tools option.
2. Select Cookie Manager.
3. Select "Unblock Cookie from this site".
