Troubleshooting
 

If you experience problems, you may want to run Diagnostics so that you can view system information and check your connectivity to the Internet. From the Accelerator window, select the Setup tab. Click Diagnostics to open the Propel Accelerator Diagnostics window. Click Start Diagnostics to launch an eight-step test. Click Help for information about the Diagnostics test. When you can connect to the Internet, look for additional information in the online reference Using Propel Accelerator. For problems that you cannot resolve using these resources, please contact your ISP or reseller for assistance.
