Propel respects your concerns about privacy safeguards. This
privacy policy discloses how we gather, use, share and protect
information collected about visitors to the Propel Web site
and subscribers to the Propel service through www.propel.com
("Service"). Propel collects three different types
of information: (1) personally identifiable information
you knowingly provide to Propel and/or its partners when
subscribing to the fee-based Service; (2) email or other
contact information when contacting us; and (3) personally
identifiable information collected as you visit and browse
Web sites using the Service (as a subscriber to the fee-based
Service) and the Propel Web site. By visiting the Propel
Web site or using the Service, you are accepting the practices

What Information Does Propel Gather?
Subscriber Information
Propel collects and securely stores personal identifying information
that you provide to Propel, including, without limitation,
your name, address, billing address, and phone number, credit
card information, and email address as part of the subscription
process for the fee-based Service. The personally identifiable
information collected from subscribers during the subscription
process for the fee-based Service is used by Propel to manage
each subscriber's account. Propel does not collect any personally
identifiable information from you if you subscribe to a free
trial Service.
Subscriber Information for Voluntary Subscriber Online Surveys,
Usability Studies, Contests, and Other Voluntary Programs
Propel may periodically conduct surveys, usability studies,
contests and other programs that help Propel improve and promote
its products and services. Subscribers may voluntarily participate
in these programs and as a condition of such participation,
subscribers may be asked to provide additional demographic
information. Propel may collect such additional information
that the subscriber voluntarily provides, including, without
limitation, gender, age, income level, modem speed, or type
of operating system used.
Visitor Information
The Propel Web site server automatically records visitor information
based on your activity on the Propel Web site and your activity
on the Service, such as visitor IP addresses and/or domain
names. This enables us to send information you are requesting.
An IP address is often associated with the place from which
you enter the Internet such as your Internet service provider.
This information is associated with you as an individual.
Communication Information
If you communicate directly with Propel by email or letter,
Propel may collect and store a record of your communication.
How
Does Propel Use the Information and With Whom Do We Share
the Information?
Propel does not share, rent, lease or sell personally identifiable
information to others in ways different from what is disclosed
in this Privacy Policy.
Subscriber Information
Propel; Agents. The personally identifiable information collected from subscribers
during the subscription process for the fee-based Service is used by Propel to
manage each subscriber's account. Propel also utilizes third party companies
and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including, without limitation,
companies with whom we have administrative relationships, such as billing or
customer support services. Such third parties have access to personally identifiable
information needed to perform their functions that are specifically related the
Service, but may not use it for other purposes unless specifically stated otherwise.
In instances where Propel and a partner jointly promote the Service, Propel will
collect personally identifiable information from subscribers to the fee-based
Service as a result of the joint promotion; and Propel may provide to the partner
certain aggregate, anonymous information regarding such persons for the sole
purpose of allowing Propel and the partner to assess the results of the promotion.
We do not otherwise share your personally identifiable information with such
third parties, unless you have granted us permission to do so. If you have provided
personally identifiable information to Propel, we will provide you with an opportunity
to limit promotional email communications from Propel or authorized partners
of Propel by "opting-out" or contacting Propel as specified below.
Business Transfers. Because online business is a rapidly evolving business, and
Propel continues to develop and enhance its business, it may become subject to
a corporate merger, corporate acquisition, or similar transaction involving the
sale or combination of substantially all of its Service-related assets. In such
circumstance, Propel reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable
information to the merged or resultant business entity.
Protection of Propel and Others; Compliance with the Law. Propel reserves the
right to disclose your personally identifiable information if required to do
so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary
to (a) comply with legal process, (b) respond to any claims against it, or (c)
protect the rights, property or personal safety of Propel, its employees, its
customers or the public. This includes exchanging information with other companies
and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Visitor Information
Propel uses information about user behavior, user experience, user equipment,
computing and internet environment to improve the performance of the Propel Web
site and the Service.
Voluntary Subscriber Surveys, Usability Studies, Contests, and Other Voluntary
Programs
Personally identifiable information collected by Propel in conjunction with voluntary
subscriber surveys, usability studies, contests and other voluntary programs
will not be shared with any sponsor or third party without your consent.
Communication Information
Propel may use your communication information to respond to your issues and inquiries.
Your communication information you provide to Propel's third party partners will
also enable such partners to let us know that you have contacted them. Such communication
information may be used to distribute information back to you about Propel, the
Service or other promotional or information communications from Propel.
Cookies
Cookies are data that a Web site transmits to your computer's hard drive through
your browser to enable the Web site to recognize your browser, record and store
your information and occasionally track your viewing habits for statistical purposes.
The Propel Web site uses cookies to collect this type of information to deliver
targeted content to you, and potentially tailor and enhance your experience on
the Propel Web site.
Children
Propel does not intend to collect information from individuals who identify themselves
as under thirteen (13) years of age who use the Service. If you are under thirteen,
you should not subscribe to the Service or provide any personal information on
the Propel Web site. Propel will not knowingly disclose personally identifiable
information of children under thirteen to any third party.
How Does Propel Protect My Information?
Propel takes technical, contractual, administrative and physical security steps
to protect all subscriber, visitor and contact information from unauthorized
access, maintain data accuracy and enable the correct use of information. Propel
utilizes security systems to protect such information. When you provide credit
card information, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect it.
It is important for you to help protect the security of your information as well.
You should not share your password with anyone. Also, remember to sign out of
your account and close your browser window and sign off when using a shared computer.

The Propel Web site may contain links to other sites. Propel is not responsible
for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites. Propel encourages
you to review the privacy policies posted on these third party sites.
Accessing and Updating Information
Please notify us of changes to any of your personally identifiable information
that you have previously provided to us, including name, address, title, phone
number or email address by sending an email to support@propel.com.
To change billing information for your subscription to the Service, please send
an email to support@propel.com.
To unsubscribe to the Service, please click on the "Change Subscription
Plan" link shown on the "My Account" page located at www.propel.com
or review the relevant section of the FAQs located at http://support.propel.com.
To remove your name from our database or to interrupt e-mail notifications, please
send an e-mail to support@propel.com.
Conditions of Use; Contacting Us
Because of constant and rapid changes in online business, this Privacy Policy,
and the Terms of Service/Software License Agreement which may be accessed at
http://accelerator.propel.com/tos_sla, may change and use of information that
we gather now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of use.
If Propel decides to use personally identifiable information in a manner that
is different from what is stated at the time such information was collected from
you, we will notify you of such changes by email and provide you with an opportunity
to decline such use of your information. Please check the Propel Web site frequently
to see recent changes, additions and deletions to this Privacy Policy.
